By using our services, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Service-Based Nature
Our products & services (WhatsApp API Setup, Automation, Chatbot Flow, Campaign Support, Tools Access, etc.) are digital and service-based; therefore, refunds are limited and conditional.
Once setup, integration, account activation, or service work has begun, refund cannot be claimed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund may be considered only if:
Payment was made but service was not initiated within 7 days
Technical issue from our side due to which service cannot be delivered
Duplicate payment made mistakenly (verified proof required)
If service onboarding or integration has started, refund is not applicable.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund in the following cases:
WhatsApp number ban/block due to spam or policy violation (as per WhatsApp guidelines)
User fails to provide required details for setup
User stops using service by personal decision
Results, leads, or sales performance dissatisfaction
Service trial or partial usage already done
Third-party platform downtime or policy change from Meta Platforms
We only provide tools and technical support — results depend on your product, audience, and campaign strategy.
4. Cancellation Policy
Pre-Activation Cancellation
If a cancellation request is made before project setup, a refund may be issued after deduction of administrative charges.
Post-Activation Cancellation
After service activation/API setup:
No cancellation refund will be applicable
User may stop future renewal anytime
Subscription plans will remain active until the end of the billing cycle
5. Plan Upgrade / Downgrade
Upgrades can be done anytime by paying the price difference
Downgrades will be applied from the next billing cycle
Price difference for downgrade is not refundable
6. Payment Disputes
For any dispute, customers must first contact our support team.
Chargebacks or disputes without communication will be considered a policy violation.
